ARLINGTON, Va. – Marymount men's lacrosse will compete at Long Bridge Park eight times during the 2023 season as head coach
Jon Reynolds announced his program's schedule on Wednesday.
The Saints will open the regular season by playing four of its first five games at home, including the season-opener against SUNY-Delhi on Friday, Feb. 17. Marymount will then host Messiah on Saturday, Feb. 25 before making its first road trip to St. Mary's (Md.), the 2022 United East champions, on Wednesday, March 1.
The Saints will close out the homestand with games against Manhattanville (March 4) and Juniata (March 7) before a stretch of six road games out of seven. Marymount will travel to face 2022 NCAA Tournament qualifier Stockton on Saturday, March 11 before taking on Shenandoah (March 15) and Westminster (March 18).
Marymount returns to Long Bridge for a matchup against Hood on Wednesday, March 22 before the non-conference finale at Mary Washington (March 25). Atlantic East play will begin with road games at Centenary (April 1) and Gwynedd Mercy (April 6).
The Saints will have a break due to the Easter holiday before returning to action against Marywood on Saturday, April 15 at Long Bridge. Marymount will close out the road portion of the regular season against Neumann on Wednesday, April 19.
Marymount will conclude the regular season with home matches against Cabrini (April 22) and Immaculata (April 26).
The Atlantic East Tournament will begin with the quarterfinal round on April 29 with the semifinals to follow on May 3. The championship will be held on Saturday, May 6.
