ARLINGTON, Va. – Marymount University Women's Volleyball has announced its 2026 schedule, featuring a balanced slate of regional competition, multiple early-season tournaments, and another run through Atlantic East Conference play as the Saints prepare for another exciting fall.
Marymount opens the season at the Gettysburg Battlefield Classic on September 4-5, where the Saints will face four opponents in two days. The season begins with host Gettysburg before matches against The University of Olivet, Buffalo State, and Lycoming, giving the Saints an opportunity to test themselves immediately against quality non-conference competition.Â
The Saints make their home debut the following weekend with a tri-match inside Converse Family Fieldhouse. Marymount welcomes Shenandoah and Ramapo on September 12th before hosting Franklin & Marshall on September 15th.
Road competition continues throughout September with trips to the Stevenson/McDaniel tri-match, Penn State Harrisburg, and another tournament at Elizabethtown which features matches against Rowan and the host Blue Jays. The month closes out with a close away game against the Gallaudet Bisons.Â
October features a balanced mix of home and away contests as Marymount continues its non-conference schedule. The Saints host Eastern Mennonite and Eastern in a home tri-match on October 3rd before traveling to Catholic and Christopher Newport in consecutive midweek contests.
Conference play kicks up during the second half of October as Marymount travels to Centenary on October 14th. On the 17th, the team faces off against Stevens and Bridgewater on the road. The Saints will return home to face Gwynedd Mercy and Mary Washington on back-to-back days October 20th and 21st.Â
Additional a late-season road matches at Pratt Institute will add another conference game into the mix, followed by two home conference matches on October 28th against Immaculata and October 31st against Saint Elizabeth. The final away game this season will be against Gwynedd Mercy on November 4th.Â
The regular season concludes with a pair of home contests on November 7th when Marymount hosts Centenary and the University of Lynchburg inside Converse Family Fieldhouse.
Following the regular season, the Saints will turn their attention to the Atlantic East Conference Championship. The conference tournament begins with first-round action on November 10th.Â
