RADNOR, Pa. – In its first conference championship appearance in program history, Marymount men's lacrosse was overwhelmed by Cabrini on Saturday afternoon, falling to the Cavaliers, 25-5.

HOW IT HAPPENED

• Clark Akers scored two goals to lead the Saints in the category.
• Marymount was unable to convert on seven man-up opportunities (0-7).
• Cabrini jumped out to a 10-0 lead with 10:23 left in the second quarter.
• MU scored two goals in the final two minutes of the first half to trail 13-3 at halftime.
• In the second half, the Cavaliers continued to put the pressure on both ends of the field resulting in a 25-5 final score.
