Box Score 2 Owings Mills, Md. – The Marymount men's volleyball team took on CVC foe Stevenson on Wednesday afternoon, falling to the Mustangs 3-0 (14-25, 23-25, 22-25) before rebounding against Ramapo in its nightcap. The Saints downed the Roadrunners 3-1 (25-22, 23-25, 25-16, 25-21) to split the day and improve to 7-11 on the season.

Albert Johannson paced the Saints attack with his team-high 11 kills, but the Mustangs vastly outhit the Marymount squad when all was said and done.
Graham Clark also chipped in four kills and a .333 hitting percentage on the afternoon, contributing to a pair of blocks as well. Ben Steranka seemed to be the other mainstay netminder for the Saints – notching three block assists in the loss.
TJ Wiechecki and Tomasz Ksiazkiewicz punched in nine and six kills, respectively, to round out the offense.
Erich Bratke continued his consistency from the setter position, raking in 28 assists in the opening match. He also registered a team-high nine digs on the defensive end.

In the nightcap, it was Clark and Ksiazkiewicz who set the tone, registering 12 kills apiece in the victory. Steranka posted a .429 hitting percentage thanks to his four kills, while Wiechecki once again smacked nine to augment the attack.
Bratke chipped in 35 assists on the night, while three different Saints posted in the double-figures in terms of digs. Ksiakiewicz notched a team-high 14, while Bratke and Pawlicki contributed to 11 and ten, respectively.
At the net, Clark proved an absolute wall, contributing to six blocks in the effort. Ksiakiewicz and Steranka each shared three denials on the day.
Marymount returns to action on Saturday when it competes in the Coker Tournament in Hartsville, S.C. The Saints first match against Holy Names is scheduled for 5:30 p.m.
