ARLINGTON, Va. -- As weekly awards continued to pour in, Marymount Athletics saw two more Saints pick up weekly nods from their respective conferences.

Cara Vollmer added Eastern College Athletic Conference (ECAC) Offensive Player of the Week for flag football, while Tinleigh Rusher earned her first career Centennial Conference Women's Golf Athlete of the Week.

Tinleigh Rusher - Centennial Conference Women's Golf Athlete of the Week

Rusher secured her first career individual win this past weekend at the Cardinal Spring Classic, hosted by Catholic University, to help Marymount nab their fifth team tournament win of the season. Rusher shot 80 (+8) in the opening round, before improving by two strokes to 78 (+6) on the second day to finish at the top of the leaderboard of the 36-player field with a final score of 158 (+14).

Cara Vollmer - Eastern College Athletic Conference Offensive Player of the Week

Vollmer fired on all cylinders over the weekend, leading to three ECAC wins. The junior quarterback fired 511 passing yards and rushed for 94 yards, ultimately accumulating 13 total touchdowns. She went 38-53 in the air, good for 71.7% completion, while averaging 127.8 yards per game.
