The game opened with Marymount initiating its drive from its own 14-yard line. Jesenia Velez made an early impact with a 7-yard rush, setting a positive tone. However, a key turnover occurred when Cara Vollmer's pass was intercepted by Jaclyn Molinini at the Marymount 27-yard line. Despite this setback, Marymount's defense held firm, limiting Immaculata's progress and forcing a turnover on downs.

Later, Marymount's defense demonstrated resilience with Dakotah Bright-Brubaker making crucial stops to keep Immaculata at bay. Offensively, Marymount struggled to make significant yardage but managed a promising 10-yard rush by Vollmer. The first quarter concluded without either team scoring, leaving the game tied at 0-0.

Marymount seized momentum midway through the second quarter with a strategic drive initiated by a 12-yard pass from Vollmer to Kaylah Barr, bringing them to the Immaculata 2-yard line at 5:04. Vollmer followed with a decisive 2-yard rush, securing a touchdown at 2:54. Marymount's defense then held firm, stalling Immaculata's subsequent attempts to progress. Despite a late false start penalty, the quarter ended with Marymount leading 6-0, which was the final score as the game concluded.

In the third quarter, Marymount seized momentum with Velez's decisive 19-yard touchdown run at 2:07, extending its lead. Earlier in the quarter, Marymount's defense, led by Ashley Ayala-Mata and Leslie Villegas, limited Immaculata's advances, including a pivotal stop by Villegas resulting in a flag pull for a loss of six yards. Marymount concluded the quarter leading 12-0.

In the fourth quarter, Marymount seized momentum when Velez executed a crucial 20-yard rush to the Immaculata 2-yard line at 10:08, setting up a strong offensive position. Despite a subsequent interception by Immaculata's Eliana Szatkowski, Marymount's defense held firm, preventing further advancement.
