ARLINGTON, Va. -- Diego Peña and
Luke Pogue earned spots on the Continental Volleyball All-Conference Teams, announced by the conference office on Monday afternoon.
The awards highlight a strong year on the court by the pair of regulars.
Peña picked up Second Team, his second year straight earning the honor.
The right side had another stellar year for Marymount, collecting 284 total kills in the regular season for a 2.99 kills per set mark, which was seventh in the conference. He hit at a .306 clip throughout the year, good for 10th in the CVC. He added 43.0 total blocks throughout the season.
Peña added 1.54 assists per set and 1.42 digs per set to 3.44 points per set, a new high mark in his career as a Saint.
Pogue also repeated on the Second Team, after also earning the honor at the completion of the 2024 season.
The senior hit at a .333 clip through the year, good for eighth in the league, while knocking 1.53 kills per set.
The middle blocker ended the regular season with 45.0 total blocks, averaging 0.52 per set.
Pogue racked up 178.5 total points, averaging 2.05 a set, to cap off a strong regular season career donning the fleur.
The two will hit the court tomorrow evening to start off the CVC Tournament, heading to Kean with first serve set for 5 PM.
