BRIDGEWATER, Va. — Marymount (VA) lost to Bridgewater (VA) 2-1 on Sunday. The Saints were limited to six shots and two shots on goal while Bridgewater (VA) finished with 14 shots and five on goal.

The Saints kept Bridgewater (VA) off the board through an early stretch in which the home side recorded four shots and a corner between 4:37 and 12:34.
Adam Elonai added a save in the 26th minute, and MU generated looks through
Micah Vogler,
Leonardo Vasquez and
Brian Alegria, whose 36:11 shot was saved. The first half finished scoreless.
Marymount got level in the second half when
Christopher Argueta scored at 62:15, making it 1-1 after Bridgewater (VA) had gone ahead early in the half. Bridgewater (VA) went back in front at 81:03 on Lucio Bianchi's goal. The Saints pushed late with
Franklin Cruz-Reyes' shot at 84:41 and a corner kick at 88:19, but the game finished 2-1.
