MIDDLETOWN, Pa. -- Marymount (16-12) fell to Penn St.-Harrisburg (23-10) with a final score of 6-4 on Monday at Nittany Field in an early week, non-conference match up.
The Saints collected 11 hits and stole three bases during the contest.

The Saints took an early lead in the first inning when
Quincy Via scored following a hit-by-pitch and a steal of second.
Francis Swekosky delivered an RBI single to right field, bringing Via home for a 1-0 advantage. After one inning, the score was 1-0 in favor of the Saints.
In the second inning,
Seth Sadler was hit by a pitch and advanced to third base, later scoring along with
Gray Ellenburg on a two-RBI single by
Ryan Cuadros. This extended the Saints' lead to 3-0. Penn St.-Harrisburg responded with a run, making it 3-1 after two innings.
The fourth inning saw Penn St.-Harrisburg take the lead with three runs. Tim Haftl's two-RBI single and a subsequent RBI single by Chris Catania put them ahead 4-3. After four innings, Penn St.-Harrisburg led 4-3.
In the sixth inning, Penn St.-Harrisburg added two more runs. Alexander Ruiz scored on a sacrifice fly, and Matthew Johansen also came home on another sacrifice fly, increasing the lead to 6-3 after six innings.
Marymount (Va.) reduced the deficit in the seventh inning. Via singled and stole two bases before scoring on an error, bringing the score to 6-4. After seven innings, the score remained 6-4 in favor of Penn St.-Harrisburg.
Despite the Saints' efforts in the final innings, they could not close the gap, and the game concluded with Penn St.-Harrisburg securing a 6-4 victory.
