ARLINGTON, Va. -- After a successful home opener earlier this week, Marymount's men's volleyball stayed in Arlington this Friday looking to continue their winning streak. With a face off against University of Lynchburg, the match came to a final score of 3-0 to extend their winning streak to four.
The win puts the Saints a 5-5 overall record and push them to a four game winning streak.
NOTABLE
- The sweep came with the first two sets being won 25-19 and set three being won 25-17.
- The Saints led in points (49.5), kills (37), aces (7) , blocks (5), assists (32), and digs (23).
- Sam Cook was tonight's kill leader with 11, just ahead of teammate Seth Richards who earned seven.
- Bryce Schkeeper was a defensive unit at the net and claimed three assist.
- Diego Peña claimed 29 assists whole Jonathan Pickering claimed six digs.
