BRIDGEWATER, Va. -- Coming off of a win in December, the Saints go into the new year with a win streak. The back to back wins set the Saints up for success with conference games starting next week.
The 69-58 win over Bridgewater places the Saints at 3-7 overall.
NOTABLE
- Anthoney McCalry recorded a double-double, downing 15 points and 10 rebounds.
- CJ Highsmith Jr. led the Saints offensively with 17 points, but also was a defensive powerhouse with 8 rebounds.
- Avery Oduro-Dompreh was the teams play maker, logging five crucial assists.
- Junior Reuben McEachern shot almost perfectly (5-6) from the free throw line.
- The Saints did start the game off with the lead and stayed toe to toe with Bridwater throughout the first half.
- The first half ended with the Saints down by one point, trailing 36-37.
- It was not until there was 5 minutes left in the game that the Saints were able to break away from Bridgwater and gain a five point lead.
- A dunk and layup by CJ Highsmith Jr. gave the team their largest lead (+11) of the game.

- The Saints stay on the road for their next game, facing off against AEC opponent, Saint Elizabeth University.
