IMMACULATA, Pa. — The Marymount women's basketball team battled down to the final minutes but came up just short in a hard-fought 63–60 loss to Immaculata University on the road Wednesday evening at Alumnae Hall in Atlantic East Conference action.

Notable

• Chandler Eddleton made her presence known, leading the Saints with 18 points.
• Kaylah Barr followed closely behind, finishing with 17 points.
• Catie Kolwey paced Marymount on the glass and went a perfect 2-for-2 from the free-throw line.
• As a team, the Saints went 14-of-19 at the line and forced 20 turnovers, converting them into key scoring opportunities.

Marymount returns home to the Converse Family Fieldhouse for an Atlantic East doubleheader against Marywood University on Friday, January 23. The men's game is scheduled for 6:00 PM, followed by the women's contest at 8:00 PM.
