LANCASTER, Pa. -- Marymount's men's volleyball team has returned state side to face off against Lancaster Bible College. The team hit the road to play this Thursday afternoon, with the game starting at 7:00 PM. After a hard fought match, the Saints wrapped up with a score of 2, Lancaster Bible College 3.
The loss puts the Saints a 1-3 record.
NOTABLE
- Brady Wiggers dominated offensively with 16 kills and three aces.Â
- Alongside Brady, Diego Pena secured three aces and 34 digs.
- Bryce Schkeeper was a force at the net, accumulating four blocks.Â
- The Saints fell short in the first set, with LBC winning 25-19.
- In set two, the Saints squeezed out a 25-22 win which balanced out the game to 1-1.
- LBC answered with a third set win, giving them the 2-1 lead.Â
- The Saints were not going to fall that easily, and tied it up again after winning set three 25-22.Â
- In the final set, LBC won 15-13.Â
UP NEXT
- The Saints will stay on the road with their next game being against Stevenson University.Â
