ARLINGTON, Va. -- Marymount men's soccer played at home for the first time all season this Saturday evening. After a long stretch of away games, the Saints marched down to Long Bridge Park for their 2025 home game opener. With a face off against Eastern Mennonite University, the Saints feel short by one goal and a final score of 3-2. 

The loss puts the Saints a 3-2-2 record.

NOTABLE

• Jefferson Lopez Coreas was responsible for both Saint goals, scoring the first at 9:22 minutes and the second at 15:06.
• The Saints offense applied lots of pressure, firing off 11 shots with seven on target.
• The Saints played fair, with no yellow or red cards drawn against them.
• The team leader in shots taken was Jefferson Lopez Coreas, with eight.
• Both Marymount goals came with no assists.
