LYNCHBURG, Va. -- Marymount men's volleyball picked up a pair of wins over ODAC schools on Saturday afternoon, taking down both Averett and hosting Lynchburg in six-straight sets.

With the wins, the Saints move to .500 in the early going of the year at 4-4.

HOW IT HAPPENED

• Ethan Li, posting a best 13 kills while hitting at .500, added three digs to lead the charge in the first match of the afternoon.
• Seth Richards wasn't far behind with nine kills in the win, hitting .667, with a block assist.
• Evan Cao put up 19 total assists with a kill and a dig to add to his line. 
• Diego Peña and Ethan Frank each notched four kills, with Frank posting five digs and a block assist.
• Carter Gresham added 10 assists with a pair of kills and digs.
• Owen Pickett (7) and Carlos Morales-Pagan (6) led the Saints in the dig category.

HOW IT HAPPENED

• Esteban Jauregui hit at a .571 clip on his way to a team-high nine kills in the nightcap, adding six aces.
• Peña had eight kills in match two with six digs and a pair of assists.
• Gresham upped his assist total to 20 in the win.
• Jonathan Pickering added six kills with four digs.
• Luke Pogue notched four kills.

UP NEXT

• The Saints will take the trip to New York next weekend, first taking on Elmira College at their place on Thursday at 4 PM.
• They will continue their weekend with St. John Fisher and Endicott on Friday before rounding it out against Nazareth on Saturday.
