ARLINGTON, Va. – Marymount women's basketball opened its 2025–26 campaign on the road at Lynchburg, falling 69–53 in Saturday afternoon action at Turner Gym.
NOTABLE
- Catie Kolwey led the Saints with an impressive 19 points on 9-of-15 shooting, adding a team-high nine rebounds, three steals, and a block.
- Kaylah Barr chipped in nine points, four rebounds, and a pair of assists while staying aggressive on both ends of the floor.
- Cara Vollmer provided consistency with seven points, including a perfect 1-for-1 from the line, along with two rebounds and three assists.
- Elsa Meysselle added six points, four assists, and two steals, while Crystal Wright pulled down seven rebounds and contributed four points.
- Sakairah Sterling made an impact off the bench with nine rebounds, four points, and two steals in 15 minutes of play.
