ARLINGTON, Va. — Marymount women's soccer battled hard but fell 1–0 to Marywood on Saturday afternoon at Long Bridge Park. The Saints generated several quality chances and out shot the Pacers but were unable to find the back of the net in a tightly contested Atlantic East match up.
NOTABLE
- The Saints out shot Marywood 13–11, including 8 shots on goal.
- Arianna Blanco led the offense with three shots, one on target.
- Lexa Swekosky and Isabelle Davis each registered two shots on goal from the back line.
- Mara Dufour turned in another strong performance, recording six saves in 90 minutes.
- The loss marked Marymount's first in Atlantic East play, moving the Saints to 3–1–0 in conference action.
