ARLINGTON, Va. -- For the second game in a row, the Saints dominated at home during a match up against St. Elizabeth. Coming off of a home win against Gwynedd Mercy, the Saints kept the ball rolling with a 3-1 victory against the Eagles.
The win puts the Saints at a conference record of 3-0-1 and an overall record of 7-4-4.
 NOTABLE
- Brian Alegria scored his first career goal and the first goal of the match within 10 minutes of kickoff with an assist by Mynor Gonzalez.
- Jefferson Lopez Coreas scored two goals, one in the first half and one in the second.
- Coreas's first goal was assisted by Ricardo Urrutia, his second assisted by Luis Collantes Gasco.
- The Saints rattled off 29 shots, 19 of which were on target.Â
- The Marymount defense ran a tight ship, only allowing Marymount's goalkeeper Bayron Benegas to make two saves.Â
- Jefferson Lopez Coreas led the Saints in shots with nine, seven of which were on target.Â
HOW IT HAPPENED
- The Saints opened up firing, with Jefferson Lopez Coreas taking a shot within the first four minutes.Â
- Lopez kept his foot hot with another shot, this time on goal.
- Mynor Gonzalez launched a shot on goal, but it was saved by the keeper in the eight minute.Â
- The first goal was scored by Marymount sophomore Brian Alegria in the eight minute with an assist by Mynor Gonzalez.
- The Saints extended their 1-0 lead into a 2-0 lead with an assist by Ricardo Urrutia and a finish by Jefferson Lopez Coreas in the 24th minute.
- By the end of half one, the Saints had a score of 2-1 in their favor.Â
- The second half opened with a shot by Matthew Guzman-Veizaga in the 49th minute.Â
- The Saints quickly asserted dominance in half two with a goal scored by Jefferson Lopez Coreas in the 51st minute.Â
- Goal number three, assisted by Luis Collantes Gasco, was the final goal of the match.Â
