MYRTLE BEACH, S.C. - Marymount track & field took place at the Myrtle Beach Collegiate Challenge over the weekend, putting up some strong performances with a solid team finish from the women.

TEAM RESULTS

• The women finished in seventh place as a team with 16 total points earned.
• The men picked up the 14th spot out of 16 total teams. 

INDIVIDUAL TOP RESULTS

• Avery Finnegan ran a personal best 19:10.77 in the women's 5000m event, earning her third place. She was followed by teammate Brier Amerlinck in fourth with a time of 19:11.29. Mikayla Stephens picked up ninth at 21:17.14.
• Deziree Conklin-Boone earned fifth in the finals of the women's 100m hurdle event, notching a time of 15.47.
• Destiny Noel finished seventh in the qualifiers of the of the women's 100m dash, picking up a time of 13.15, good for qualification.
• Samuel Struggs finished sixth in the men's triple jump with a mark of 13.05m. Marcone Pessoa finished right behind with a mark of 12.74m, finished off by a 12th place finish for Cadyn Johnson at 11.93m.
• Ariana Grant placed ninth in the women's pole vault at 2.75m, also notching a 16th place finish in the long jump at 4.32m.
• Cameron Parvizian finished with a personal record in the men's 5000m at 17:52.23.
