Women's Basketball Finishes Conference Slate Unbeaten

ARLINGTON -- Marymount women's basketball wrapped up the regular season with another dominant conference win over Centenary, 92-53. 

NOTABLE
  • Marymount finished conference play 10-0, its first unbeaten conference record since the 1997 season (14-0 CAC). The Saints finished that season in the NCAA Sweet 16.
  • Chandler Eddleton finished with 26 points on 11-of-16 from the field. She added 10 boards. 
  • Symantha Shackelford added 19 points on 4-of-4 from beyond the arc. 
  • Samantha Bulik rounded out the double-digit scorers with 10 points as she went 2-of-3 from beyond the arc. 
  • Marymount could not miss from beyond the arc in the first half as the Saints hit 10-of-14 from long-range to start the game. they finished the night with an impressive 12 three-pointers as they rolled to a season-high of 92 points. 
UP NEXT
  • Marymount will host the semifinal round of the Atlantic East Tournament on Wednesday, Feb. 21 at 6 PM against the lowest remaining seed after Monday's first round of action. 
  • If the Saints win, the championship will take place on Saturday, Feb. 24.
