LANDOVER, Md. - Marymount track & field competed in their second meet of the season, heading up to Maryland for the Robert Comstock Cardinal Classic, hosted by neighboring Catholic University.
TOP RESULTS
- Amanuel Degife placed fifth out of 10 participants in his section of the 800 meter run, notching a time of 2:13.48.
- Bryan Bivens made it to the finals in the men's 60m hurdle event, placing seventh overall with a time of 9.26.
- Marcone Pessoa placed in a tie for seventh in the men's high jump event with a mark of 1.70m.
- Samuel Struggs notched the top spot in his section of the men's long jump at 6.16m.
- Clayton Grant placed second in his section of the men's long jump event, hitting a mark of 6.12m.
- Deziree Conklin-Boone finished atop her section of the 200m dash at 28.67. She went on to place fifth in women's 60m hurdle finals with a time of 9.42.
- Abby Hughes punched third in her section of the women's 800m run, hitting a time of 2:41.10.
- Avery Finnegan placed seventh out of 15 in the women's 3,000 meter run, notching a time of 11:09.35.
- Dana Freimane placed in a tie for fifth in the women's high jump with a mark of 1.42m. She went on to place third in her flight of the women's at 4.44m.
- Isabella Rivera had second in her flights of the women's shot put (9.57m) and the women's weight throw (10.88m).
