FAIRFAX, Va. - The Marymount track & field program continued to press on in their season, this time just down the road at the George Mason hosted Dalton Ebanks Invitational.
Squaring off against primarily NCAA Division I opponents, the Saints showed well, bringing home strong performances.
Track Top Finishes
- Deziree Conklin-Boone put forth a strong effort in the women's 400m hurdle event, finishing with a time of 1:08.23.
Field Top Finishes
- Samantha Healy put up a great day in the midst of heavy fields, finishing seventh in the hammer throw (47.45m) and tenth in the shot put (12.03m).
- Sam Mercedes (33.72m) and Hezzy Ntube (32.90m) finished back-to-back in the men's discus event.
- Jada Noel put up a mark of 33.41m in the women's discus.
Up Next
- The Saints will head up to Bucknell for their next event, competing in the Bison Outdoor Classic between Saturday, Apr. 15 and Sunday Apr. 16.
- The meet will be held at the Christ Mathewson-Memorial Stadium.
