GALLAWAY, N.J. – Marymount men's lacrosse fell into an early hole on Saturday afternoon against Stockton and couldn't climb out of it, ultimately falling to the Ospreys, 22-9.    
 
HOW IT HAPPENED

• Stockton scored the first two goals of the game before Mason Vandawater put MU on the board with 8:42 left in the first quarter.
• After one quarter, Stockton led 6-2.
• Gavin Taylorson (two goals, one assist) found the back of the net with 13:18 remaining in the second quarter to cut the deficit to 7-3.
• Stockton responded with four unanswered goals over a stretch of 2:08 to take firm control of the game.
• Jack Williams scored one of his two tallies with 43 seconds left in the half to make it 12-5 heading into halftime.
• Stockton outscored Marymount 8-0 in the third quarter on its way to a 22-9 victory.

• The Saints will stay on the road for a mid-week contest at Shenandoah on Wednesday, March 15 at 7 PM.  
• Marymount will return to Long Bridge Park on Wednesday, March 22 against Hood at 7 PM.
