RADNOR, Pa. – Marymount women's volleyball got redemption for its lone conference loss this season with an impressive 3-0 sweep of Cabrini on Saturday afternoon to win its third Atlantic East title in program history.

NOTABLE

• Marymount hit .315 for the match while holding Cabrini to a .036 hitting percentage.
• Elissa Munsterman (15 kills, .355 hitting percentage) and Mya Bowers (10 kills, .471 hitting percentage) led the Saints on the offensive end.
• Jada Griffith (16 digs), Munsterman (11 digs), and Alexis Franklin (11 digs) led Marymount on the defensive side.
• Marymount won the conference title for the first time since 2019 and avenged a loss in last season's conference title match to Cabrini.
• After the match, Munsterman was honored as the Atlantic East Tournament MVP. 

HOW IT HAPPENED

• Marymount scored the first four points of the match and continued the momentum throughout the first set to win, 25-20.
• After opening the second set with an 11-9 lead, the Saints scored 14 of the final 17 points to win handily, 25-12.
• Cabrini held an early 3-0 lead in the third set but Marymount responded to win going away, 25-16.
