Marymount University

Zabal is in her eighth season as an assistant coach with the Marymount University women’s volleyball team. A defensive specialist for the Saints from 2005-06, her teams finished second in the Capital Athletic Conference twice while winning the 2006 regular-season title.

Zabal earned her B.S. in Health Promotion Management from MU after a two-year playing career at Catonsville Community College. She is a certified personal trainer (NSCA-CPT) and certified strength and conditioning specialist (NSCA-CSCS) and will oversee all strength and conditioning for the squad. She has also coached for numerous camps and clinics throughout the area.

Beyond her coaching skills for volleyball, Zabal also heads the Strength and Conditioning program for the Saints.
