Marymount University

Sledd joined the Marymount women's volleyball staff ahead of the 2021-22 season. 

Sledd graduated from Christopher Newport in 2019, where he was a member of the men's club volleyball team. He acted as a coach for the club program and organized practices, fundraising campaigns, and scheduling. During his prep career, Sledd was an All-State honoree at Hanover High School in Mechanicsville, Virginia. 

Outside of the club program at CNU, Sledd brings coaching experience from the Evolution Volleyball Club in Alexandria, Virginia. While with Evolution, Sledd led his team to a 15-2 record.
