Career Honors
- Atlantic East All-Academic Team (2022, 2023, 2024, 2025)
Senior (2024): Played in 18 games with 10 starts.
Junior (2023): Made an appearance in 7 games and recorded a game-tying goal in the 84th minute on the road at Gwynedd Mercy.
Sophomore (2022): Played in 17 games with 13 starts recording one goal for 2 points.
First-Year (2021): Made an appearance in 13 games and had 5 starts during the 2021 season.
Before Marymount: Played soccer and volleyball at Little Falls High School where she led the soccer team to a quartet of league titles, three sectional titles, and one New York State Championship. She was a two-year team captain and named to the All-Star team on two occasions. She played club for Rising Stars Soccer and Coliseum Soccer.
Personal: Caileigh is a Graphic Design major and the daughter of Stacey and Chris. She has two siblings: Callen and Camber. Her mother, Stacey, was a member of the crew team at Ithaca College.
