High School: Attended Moncacan High School in Richmond, Va. where she was a 2019-20 state champion, a two-time regional champion and served as a team captain during her senior year. She was selected to play in the 804 All-Star Game and named to the student-athlete honor roll all four years. She also competed in outdoor track.

Personal: Planning to major in criminal justice with a minor in Spanish. Her mother, Cammy Knabel, played basketball at Furman. She is a member of the SaintsStrong Leadership Academy.
