Michael Weber enters his first season as assistant women's basketball coach at Marymount in 2023-24.
Weber brings nearly 30 years of coaching experience to his new role with the Saints. He most recently spent the 2022-23 season as an assistant girl's basketball coach at Hayfield Secondary School.
He also spent time at Archbishop Carroll, Thomas Jefferson, and Edison. While at Thomas Jefferson, he spent four years as the head varsity girls basketball coach.
Weber also has eight years of AAU coaching experience in the DMV region with the Potomac Valley Vogues and Gym Rats club programs.
Weber is a 1998 graduate of the University of Maryland with a degree in business management. He also holds a master's degree in counseling from the University of Virginia.
