• Atlantic East All-Academic Team (2024, 2025)
• Atlantic East Defensive Player of the Week (Nov. 18, 2024)

Junior (2024-25): Played and started in 24 games averaging 10 points, 2.6 assists, and 3.2 rebounds in 30 minutes per game... Recorded 2 blocks and 18 steals. 

Sophomore (2023-24): Made an appearance in 22 games, starting in 6. He averaged 5.0 points, 2.1 rebounds, and 1.4 assists in 17.7 minutes per game. He had a total of 30 assists and 8 steals while also scoring in double figures twice for the Saints. 

First-Year (2022-23): Played in 12 games and recorded an average of 3.3 points, 0.8 assists, and 2.0 rebounds in 14.8 minutes per game. 

Before Marymount: Played basketball at Thomas Dale High School where he was a four time First Team All-Region player, a 1,000 point scorer, and a three-year captain. He led his team to a Regional Championship in 2020.  

Personal: Planning to major in Business Administration. He is the son of Reggie and Myra Phillips and has one sibling: Neal Phillips. His cousin, Bryant Stith, is a former NBA player and current coach.
