Becca Hoey enters her second season as an assistant softball coach at Marymount in 2023. 

In Marymount’s first season of softball, Hoey coached four All-Conference selections and one NFCA All-Region honoree (Samantha Cinotti). Cinotti also earned a place on the VaSID All-State Second Team.

Hoey was a four-year standout at Salisbury University and graduated in 2015. She was part of two Seagulls' teams that finished third in the nation in 2013 and 2015. In 2014, she helped lead Salisbury to a National Runner-Up finish. Hoey was a two-time All-Capital Athletic Conference First Team honoree and was named to the NFCA All-Atlantic Region First Team in 2014. She graduated with 95 career hits, 13 home runs, and 70 RBI.
