Andrew Gillespie enters his first season as the men's lacrosse graduate assistant coach in 2022. 

A 2018 graduate of Ferrum College, Gillespie was a four-year member of the Panthers men's lacrosse team. A defender by trade, he ended his career with 65 ground balls and 22 caused turnovers in 52 games played. While at Ferrum, Gillespie worked with the Franklin County Youth Lacrosse program and served as a volunteer coach at Forest Park High School. 

In 2019, Gillespie took as the defense and goalkeeper coach at Forest Park where he helped mentor four All-District and All-Conference players. He spent the previous two seasons at DePauw University, where he served as the Tigers' defensive coach and recruiting coordinator. Gillespie also worked with True Lacrosse Indiana from 2020 to 2021.
