ARLINGTON, Va. — The Marymount University men's cross country team has announced its 2026 schedule, featuring seven regular-season meets before the Saints turn their attention toward the Atlantic East Conference Championship and the NCAA Division III South Regional Championship.
Marymount will open the 2026 campaign on September 1st, traveling to Bridgewater, Va., for the Eagle Cross Country Challenge. The Saints will then compete in the Spider Alumni Open on September 5th at Pole Green Park in Mechanicsville, Va.
The Saints will continue the month of September with a pair of invitationals. Marymount will travel to Newville, Pa. on September 12th for the Dickinson Long Short Invitational at Big Spring High School before heading to Winchester, Va. on September 19th for the Hornet Harrier Invitational at Kernstown Battlefield.
Marymount will begin the month of October with a busy day on October 2nd, competing in both the Richmond Invitational at Pole Green Park in Mechanicsville and the Paul Short Run at Goodman Campus Cross Country Course in Bethlehem, Pa.
The regular season will conclude on October 17th, when the Saints travel to Glassboro, N.J., for the Border Battle at DREAM Park.
Following the regular season, Marymount will compete at the Atlantic East Conference Championship on October 31st, with the location and time to be announced.
The Marymount University women's cross country team will join the Saints' men's squad in opening the 2026 season on September 1st, at the Eagle Cross Country Challenge in Bridgewater, Virginia.
The Saints will return to action on September 5th, traveling for the Spider Alumni Open. Marymount will then get an early look at the NCAA postseason course on September 19th, when the Saints compete in the NCAA Division III South Region Preview at Panorama Farms in Charlottesville, Virginia.
October will feature three meets for Marymount. The Saints will compete in the Paul Short Run and the Richmond Invitational on October 2nd, with the Paul Short Run taking place at the Goodman Campus Cross Country Course in Bethlehem, Pa., and the Richmond Invitational being held at Pole Green Park in Mechanicsville, Va.
Marymount will close out the regular season on October 17th, at the Border Battle in Glassboro, N.J., at DREAM Park.
Following the regular season, the Saints will compete at the Atlantic East Conference Championship on October 31st.
