Arlington, Va. -- Marymount's men's basketball closed out their season this Thursday with an intense face off against Neumann. The team had earned the No.1 seed in the AEC Championships after a stellar season and a 13-1 schedule. The semifinal match came down to the wire, but the Knights took it with a 75-68 win.

- CJ Highsmith Jr. shot a perfect first half, doing 7-7 in field goals and scoring 19 points.Â
- CJ Highsmith Jr. was also tonights point leader with 28, not too far ahead of teammate Reuben McEachern who sunk 25 points.Â
- Similarly, CJ Highsmith Jr. was tonights rebound leader with seven total rebounds, three offensive rebounds and four defensive rebounds.Â
- CJ Highsmith Jr. went 9-9 at the free throw line, 1-1 from three, and 9-10 in field goals overall.Â
