ST. MARY'S, Md. -- Marymount women's volleyball grabbed a pair of wins on Saturday at St. Mary's College of Maryland, taking down the hosting Seahawks and the Blazers of Hood College.
With the wins, the Saints improve their overall record to 4-7 on the season.
MARYMOUNT 3 - ST. MARY'S (MD.) 1
- Sabrina Schoeberlein led the way for the Saints in the opening match of the day, collecting 21.5 total points on 15 kills, seven digs, and six aces. She added a block assist to her line.
- Elizabeth Stackpole had 10 kills, hitting .241 in the match, with a pair of block assists, good for 11.0 points.
- Hailey LaBonte racked up 10.0 points on nine kills and an ace, adding 10 digs.
- Johanna Modica had nine kills and two digs for 9.0 total points in the win.
- Jessica Rothermel led with 27 assists, a new career high for the senior. Teammate Emerson Aber added 13.
- Renae Rohrer racked up 22 digs, a new career high. Ava Humphries added 17.
MARYMOUNT 3 - HOOD 2
- Schoeberlein again led the Saints with 17 kills, hitting an impressive .297 in the five-set thriller. She racked up three aces, three digs, and a block assist to add to her impressive day.
- LaBonte had 18.5 points in the second match of the day on 15 kills, hitting .196, with 12 digs and a block assist.
- Modica put up 8,5 points on six kills and three block assists.
- Rothermel had 24 assists, with Aber adding 14.
- Humphries led in the dig department with 17, with Rohrer adding 16.
- Caylee Walsh set a career-high in digs with 13.

- The Saints will be back in Converse Family Fieldhouse this upcoming Wednesday, Sept. 24, against McDaniel at 6 PM.
