Box Score ARLINGTON, Va. -- Marymount women's basketball fell this evening after a mere three-point loss to Neumann University. This was the Saint's last season game after an impressive run that led them to the semi-finals. 

HOW IT HAPPENED

• Marymount started off the first quarter with a good layup by Ava Achtyl.
• The first quarter ended with the two teams tied up 13-13.
• In the second quarter, Marymount took off and earned 23 points. 
• A jumper by Kaylah Barr gave the Saints their largest lead of seven points with three minutes remaining in the quarter. 
• The Saints dominated the last three minutes of quarter two.
• The second quarter ended with a 36-21 score and a layup by Catie Kolwey.
• Similarly, Marymount stayed on top during the third quarter.
• By the end of quarter three, the Saints led by seven points. 
• Neumann closed the gap after the half, working their way back up and eventually taking back the lead at 56-55.
• Neumann kept their lead until the end of the game, with the final score reading 60-57.
