ARLINGTON – Marymount students will have the opportunity to putt for a year's tuition at select home basketball games this season, as part of the Northwest Federal Credit Union Saints Scholarship Shot.
One lucky student will be randomly drawn at halftime to come to the court to attempt a 94-foot putt. The prize for a successful putt through the Northwest Federal sign at the end of the court will be $40,000
– the equivalent of a full year's tuition at Marymount.
The contest will be held at the following eight games this season (four men, four women):
Saturday, Dec. 6 – Women vs. Salisbury, 1 PM
Saturday, Dec. 6 – Men vs. Hamilton, 3 PM
Saturday, Jan. 24 – Women vs. Marywood, 2 PM
Saturday, Jan. 24 – Men vs. Marywood, 4 PM

Saturday, Jan. 31 – Men vs. St. Elizabeth, 4 PM
Wednesday, Feb. 4 – Men vs. Neumann, 7 PM

Marymount full-time undergraduate students are eligible, and must enter the contest at the table outside the gym by scanning a QR code and filling out the form before the 10-minute mark of the first half. All entrants must be in the gymnasium at halftime when the winner is called to be eligible to participate
– otherwise, an alternate name will immediately be read. For doubleheaders, students only need to enter once that day (but must stay for the second game in order to be eligible for that selection).
