ARLINGTON, Va. -- Marymount women's volleyball swept a pair of matches, including a sweep of AEC opponent Neumann to go undefeated in conference play, to round out the regular season on Saturday afternoon.
With the Senior Day wins, the Saints finished the regular season with a 15-16 overall record, going 7-0 in conference match ups.
MARYMOUNT 3 - NEUMANN 0
- Johanna Modica stood out on her celebrated day, notching 15.0 total points on 13 kills with a .333 hitting percentage. She added two service aces and an assist to her credit.
- Elizabeth Stackpole had 11.5 points on seven kills with a .250 hitting percentage, adding a block solo, a block assist, and three aces.
- Hailey LaBonte had eight kills, four digs, and an ace for 9.0 points.
- Olivia Silfies racked up 6.5 points on five kills, a solo block, and a block assist on her Senior Day.
- Alexis Bumah added five kills with three digs for Marymount.
- Ava Humphries led the defensive effort with 14 digs in the match.
- Jessica Rothermel had a team-high 19 assists to celebrate her Senior Day, with teammate Emerson Aber adding 15 assists and seven digs.
- The team hit at a .190 clip to take the decisive win.
MARYMOUNT 3 - SWEET BRIAR 0
- Modica again led the charge for Marymount in the nightcap, besting her day with 16.0 points on 13 kills and an impressive .765 hitting percentage, adding three aces.
- Silfies had 9.0 points in the second match on seven kills, hitting at a .667 clip, with a solo block.
- LaBonte had 9.0 points on seven kills at a .600 percentage, adding a pair of digs and two aces.
- Bumah notched 7.5 points on six kills with a service ace and a block assist, adding two digs.
- Humphries grabbed 7.0 points on seven service aces, adding eight digs.
- Rothermel (15) and Aber (12) continued to facilitate the offense.
- Caylee Walsh added seven digs for Marymount.Â

- With the undefeated conference record, the Saints have secured the #1 seed in the upcoming Atlantic East Conference Tournament.Â
