MSOC: Saints Season Ends in Conference Final

ASTON, Pa. -- The Saints electric season comes to an end close this Saturday afternoon in AEC championship final game, with a tough loss of 2-0 to the No. 1 seed, Neumann. 

 NOTABLE

  • Both teams fired off nine total shots, with two being on target for the Saints.
  • Jefferson Lopez Coreas led the team in shots with two, one of which was on target alongside teammate Alex Rendon Benitez. 
  • Off the bench, Christian Martinez Ortiz took the other shot on goal.
  • Dylan Hirmas held the back line, clocking in 85 out of the 90 minutes of the game. 
  • The Saints applied pressure offensively and logged two corner kicks.
  • Marymount's keeper Bayron Banegas accounted for two crucial saves.
