Morristown, N.J. -- Marymount women's volleyball opened up Atlantic East Conference play on Thursday evening at new conference foe Saint Elizabeth, taking down the Eagles in three-straight sets.
The win marks the sixth-straight tally in the win column for the Saints, as they improve over the .500 threshold to 8-7 on the year, now 1-0 in AEC action.
NOTABLE
- Sabrina Schoeberlein had a team-high 13.0 points on 13 kills, hitting an impressive .333, with a pair of digs.
- Hailey LaBonte knocked 11 kills with a .647 hitting percentage, adding six digs, to rack up 12.0 points.
- Elizabeth Stackpole put back five solo blocks, adding a block assist, with four kills for 9.5 total points.
- Johanna Modica knocked at a .364 clip en route to seven kills, adding a service ace along the way.
- Eliana Knaub powered six kills while knocking at a .556 hitting percentage, adding a pair of digs.
- Last week's Atlantic East Specialty Player of the Week, Jessica Rothermel, had 25 assists in the match with three digs and two kills.
- Emerson Aber added 15 assists for the Saints with a pair of digs.
- Ava Humphries dug out 21 digs, with Renae Rohrer adding 10.
- Caylee Walsh added seven digs for Marymount.
UP NEXT
- Marymount will head to Scranton, Pa. for a tri-match this weekend against the hosting University of Scranton and Juniata.
- They will be back in Converse Family Fieldhouse Thursday, Oct. 16 against Stevenson at 6 PM.
