ARLINGTON, Va. -- Marymount women's basketball hung close in a loss to #7 Christopher Newport on Wednesday evening in non-conference fashion.
With the loss, the Saints move to 3-10 overall on the season.
NOTABLE
- Cara Vollmer posted a team-high 14 points, going 4-of-6 from three-point range, adding five rebounds, a steal, and an assist.
- Kaylah Barr dropped 10 on the evening with a pair of rebounds and an assist.
- Ava Achtyl and Catie Kolwey each added six in the loss, with Kolwey pulling down six rebounds and swatting away a pair of blocks.
- Ella Morrison had five points and rebounds apiece.
- Samantha Bulik had six assists and four rebounds.
- Kelly Ceroll grabbed a team-high seven rebounds alongside her two assists.
