SALISBURY, Md. -- Marymount men's basketball fell short on the road at Salisbury on Wednesday evening, 67-59.
Despite hanging close throughout, and both teams kicking the offense up a gear in the second half, the Saints fall to 7-6 on the season ahead of another AEC match up this Saturday.
NOTABLE
- Marcus Stubbs had 15 points on the night with eight rebounds, adding two assists and steal, with a block.
- Isaac Harris put up 12 points with five rebounds, adding two assists and a steal.
- Miles Phillips rounded out the double-digit scorers for Marymount, punching 11 of his own with seven boards and three rebounds.
- Max Pearcy, earning his first start of the season, notched eight points on 50% shooting from the floor with a steal and an assist.
- Joshua Hughes collected seven points for the Saints with two rebounds and an assist.
UP NEXT
- The Saints will stay on the road for a pair over the next week, first heading to Centenary this Saturday for a 3 PM AEC tip off.
- Next Wednesday, they head to Gwynedd Mercy for a 6 PM tip off with the Griffins.
- They will be back at home next Saturday, Jan. 18, taking on Marywood at 4 PM in front of the home crowd.
