PRINCE GEORGE'S COUNTY, Md. -- Marymount track & field opened up their slate of indoor meets on Saturday at the Cardinal Classic, hosted by Catholic.
The squad brought home a variety of top performances for the Saints.
NOTABLE RESULTS
- Deziree Conklin-Boone brought home a slate of top finishes. The senior placed second in the women's long jump with a mark of 5.12m. She came in fifth overall in the 60m hurdle event at 9.70 after qualifying in the prelims at 9.36.
- Kyle Falls, in his first collegiate meet, notched second in the men's triple jump event with a mark of 13.10m.
- Henry McFarlin placed sixth in the men's long jump, hitting a mark of 6.19m.
- Samuel Struggs placed 19th in the men's 200m, coming across the line at 24.01.
- Brier Amerlinck came across in 12th in the women's 3000m, notching a time of 11:02.67.
UP NEXT
- The Saints will compete next in the Coach I Invitational, hosted by Franklin & Marshall.
- The meet will be held Saturday, Jan. 25 in Lancaster, Pa.
