ARLINGTON, Va. -
Chandler Eddleton adds onto her prolific senior season on the court, named First Team All-State by Virginia Sports Information Directors (VaSID), announced today by the organization.
The accolade tacks on yet another award for the guard, after being named WBCA First Team All-American, D3hoops.com Second Team All-Region V, Atlantic East Player of the Year, and Atlantic East First Team All-Conference.
Eddleton finished the season with 534 total points, good for fourth all-time in Marymount women's basketball history in a single season, while also grabbing 277 rebounds, good for sixth all-time in a single season. On the season, she averaged 19.1 points per game, shooting 52.4% from the floor, while pulling down 9.9 boards per game.
During the season, Eddleton scored a career-high 36 points against Mary Washington and scored in double-figures in a staggering 26 games.Â
She notched her 1,000th career point during the 2023-24 season and now sits at 10th all-time in career points with 1,291.Â
The senior helped lead the team to their second-straight Atlantic East Conference Championship and trip to the NCAA Tournament.Â
