ST. MARY'S CITY, Md. – With strong results up and down the lineup, Marymount men's tennis got back in the win column with a 5-4 victory at St. Mary's on Wednesday. On the women's side, the Saints dropped a 7-2 decision to St. Mary's. 
 
NOTABLE

• On the men's side, Nicolas Stromberg and Eshan Degamwar teamed up for another victory at No. 1 doubles. Degamwar also picked up a solid 6-3, 6-4 win at No. 3 singles. 
• Adam Stanulis and DJ Zeiler picked up a clutch win at No. 3 doubles by winning the tiebreaker, 8-6. It proved to be the difference in a 5-4 result. 
• The first-year duo also earned convincing singles victories to ice the team victory. Stanulis won 6-1, 6-0 at No. 5 while Zeiler won 6-2, 6-4 at No. 6. 
• On the women's side, Angelica Dalton and Sofia Lucero teamed up for an 8-4 win at No. 3 doubles. 
• Ariane Kombou also picked up a dramatic win in a third-set tiebreaker, winning 10-5 at No. 6 singles. 
• The men's team improves to 4-3 on the season while the women's tennis team falls to 3-3.
