CENTER VALLEY, Pa. – Marymount women's tennis claimed an impressive road victory on Friday afternoon as the Saints eked out a 5-4 win over DeSales. On the men's side, the Saints fell just short in a 5-4 result.
 
NOTABLE

• Sofia Lucero and Fabienne Fritz teamed up for an 8-1 win at No. 1 doubles before each taking dominant victories at singles.
• Angelica Dalton and Avery DeFazio provided some cushion with an 8-2 win at No. 3 doubles.
• Ariane Kombou rounded the results for the Saints with an 8-2 decision at No. 6 singles.
• On the men's side, Adam Stanulis was the lone Saints to be on the right side of wins at both doubles (No. 3) and singles (No. 4).
• Nathaniel Tesfaye and Eshan Degamwar picked up singles victories but Marymount needed one more point to change the team result.
