ASTON, Pa. - Marymount men's basketball utilized a balanced effort from their roster to earn the win on the road against the Knights of Neumann Tuesday night, 58-55.
Ten different Saints notched points in the win, as the Saints move to 9-2 in AEC play, earning the #1 seed in the AEC Tournament.
NOTABLE
- Marcus Stubbs sank a team-high 10 points in the win, adding an assist and a rebound. He is now just four points away from 1,000 career points.Â
- Jack Bifano had nine in the contest with four boards.
- Miles Phillips and Jack Farrelly each had eight off of the bench for Marymount.Â
- David King had six points and four rebound coming off of the bench in the win.
- CJ Highsmith Jr. had three rebounds, a block, and a steal in the strong defensive effort.
- The Marymount bench outscored the Knights' bench 35-5.
UP NEXT
- The Saints will come back home this Friday to finish out the regular season.
- They will play Centenary at 8 PM.
- It will be senior night for the Marymount team.
- After the completion of the regular season, the Atlantic East Tournament begins, with Marymount notching a First Round bye.
