HOW IT HAPPENED

  • It was back-and-forth in set two, with the Knights looking to build momentum with the score evened up at 14.
  • After Neumann took a 18-to-16 lead, the Saints began to power through yet again.
  • Seven of the last nine points of the second set were scored by the Saints, with Harris knocking the second to last point and an attack error finishing it off, putting MU up 2-0.
  • MU scored the first five points of the third set to take the early advantage.
