FREDERICK, Md. - The Marymount cross country team took on the Blazer Blitz hosted by Hood College on Friday morning. 

A strong finish from a first-year was the highlight as the Saints continue their early season. 

TEAM RESULTS

• The Saints took sixth place in the meet with a final scoring of 150. 

INDIVIDUAL RESULTS

• Cameron Parvizian placed a team-best 25th in the event with a final time of 15:18.08 in the 4k race.
• Teammate Louis Aquilina had the next best placing at 27th with a final time of 15:27.78. 
• Zafit Olea notched a time of 15:57.41 in the race for the Saints. 
• Abdul Yakubu and Gustavo Barrera rounded out the racers for Marymount.

• The Saints will take a weekend of rest before competing next in the Dickinson Long/Short Invitational on Saturday, Sept. 23.
