FREDERICKSBURG, Va. – Fabienne Fritz and Sofia Lucero competed in the ITA Regional Championships hosted by Mary Washington over the weekend. Both first-year student-athletes fell in straight sets to their opponents in the opening round.

• Kamila Wong (JHU) def. Fabienne Fritz (MMW) 6-2, 6-0 (R64)
• Samantha Robertson (CNU) def. Sofia Lucero (MMW) 6-0, 6-0 (R64)

UP NEXT

• The men's team will take their turn and compete at the ITA Regionals this weekend from Friday, Sept. 29 through Sunday, Oct. 1.
• The women's team will next be in action on Saturday, Oct. 7 at the Mary Baldwin Tournament.
